My name is Allie Datz and I am so glad you are here! The verse above holds a special place in my heart because I truly believe each person was created with inherent value and immense purpose. Everyone has a story, one that holds both beauty and brokenness, purpose and pain, grieving and meaning, as well as healing and redemption. It is hard when fear feels like a present companion, when the soul is weary, or to feel stuck in a rut. You are not alone.

Hi, I’m Allie
One of my favorite words is “exhale.” It is a word I often use to describe the counseling space. A place where you can “exhale” and release the tension you’ve been carrying, a place to rest and find clarity in the midst of our busy world, a place of peace as you share your story.
